the ground floor of this property comprises of an entrance hall, a main bathroom with its own bath tub, and an open plan featuring a kitchen/dining/living area, and a utility room equipped with a washing machine & a tumble dryer The beautiful contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher & a microwave. The living area then leads to the charming pool and deck area which has its own barbecue facilities, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture to facilitate dining 'Al Fresco'.

Also nearby, precisely in St. Thomas Bay area, you will also find good pizzerias & restaurants. The center of the town is only 30 minutes away on foot or easily reachable in a couple of minutes by transport. Should you also wish to opt for the local public transport, you will also find a bus stop exactly outside the property.
